Then when I need to find something in a hurry, I have to look through all the &#8220;stuff&#8221; on my desktop. Windows 7 has an easy fix to this problem. As in Vista, you can right-click the desktop and select View > Auto arrange, but a simpler solution is just to press and hold down F5, and Windows will automatically arrange its icons for you.
